Pre-Labor and Birth Massage $85/75 minutes $350 up to 5hrs
As birth approaches, anxiety and fear can creep in and delay the spontaneous initiation of labor. Therapeutic massage for relaxation can quell fear and stress hormones, thus allowing for labor to proceed naturally. During your birth process, massage, acupressure & reflexology can help alleviate pain and assist with organizing labor naturally. Birth massage is included in my doula packages.
This service offered at full term, at my office or your birth location.
Gaia’s Birth – Doula Package $650
Doula expertise & massage therapy for education & preparation before labor and comfort & confidence during labor. Includes:
